Resort Booking Restriction

Full Moon Reservation: The minimum stay is 5 nights

Christmas Reservation: The minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is on or before 23rd December.

New Year Reservation: The minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival must be between the 27th ? 30th December only.

Cancellations policy:

Deposit payments are generally not refundable.
The deposit is to secure the booking only and will deducted from the total booking amount on check in. It is not to be regarded as payment for x amount of nights, only as a guarantee that we will have a bungalow for you as agreed. If you booked for a longer period than you want to stay and do not agree on a change with us beforehand, on check in you have the option to pay full as per the booking or not at all and no room.

For any cancellations well in advance we will charge you a fee of 25% from booking value.

We will hold a booked bungalow for you for one night only. If you fail to show up or do not let us know of your late arrival, we will consider the bungalow cancelled.
